Ultimate X-Men is written and drawn by Peach Momoko, and a newly unveiled variant cover by Mark Brooks revealed new mutants Armor (Hisako Ichiki) and Maystorm ready for battle in the skies. Ultimate X-Men launches as part of Jonathan Hickman's Ultimate Universe, which debuted last year and laid the foundation for new Ultimate titles to come. Marvel previously previewed Momoko's new series, giving fans a glimpse of the main cover and design sheets for a new generation of X-men.
