This recipe is for the case when you want ice cream, and healthy, without any additives, as in the store.
In addition, cream is not used in the recipe, which makes ice cream easier.
It was the first time I made such ice cream and it reminded me of the taste of childhood, so simple, vanilla. And even now, if I eat ice cream once a year, I buy the most ordinary in cups, for some reason I like it more. The children also appreciated it.
Such vanilla ice cream can be made with absolutely different additives: strawberry jam or syrup, chocolate, nuts, fruits or berries, and each time it will be like a different dessert!
Ingredients
Milk - 250 ml
Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 200 g
Vanilla sugar - 20 g
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Grind the yolks with vanilla sugar with a whisk.
Bring the milk to a boil (do not boil). Pour in a thin stream of yolks, stirring.
Put on a slow fire and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then let cool.
Heat the proteins and sugar in a water bath until the sugar dissolves.
Then beat with a mixer until stable peaks.
Gradually add the milk mixture to the protein, constantly whisking at low speed with a mixer.
Pour the homogeneous mixture into a container.
Put in the freezer until completely solidified.
Fragrant, refreshing ice cream made of milk and eggs is ready.
