My husband's favorite food❗ Delicious dinner from the simplest ingredients #2!

Ingredients:
Pork neck - 1 kg.
Onion - 300 grams
Vegetable oil - 40 ml.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
A mixture of peppers - 0.5 tsp.
Potatoes - 600 grams
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Mozzarella - 200 grams
Salt - a pinch
Bake under foil for 80 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
Remove the foil and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200°C.
