Flourless Banana Cake 🍌 (No Flour, Naturally Sweet & Moist)
Pan size: 8 x 5.5 inches (20 x 14 cm)
Height: 1.5 inches (4 cm)
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
3 large eggs
1 cup Greek yogurt (about 250 g / 8.8 oz)
2 tsp vanilla sugar (10 g) (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
2–3 tbsp raisins (about 30 g / 1 oz)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line or lightly grease your baking pan.
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Add eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract). Mix well.
Stir in raisins.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes on the middle rack using top and bottom heat (no fan/convection).
Let it cool slightly before slicing.
