Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for its upcoming cyberpunk anime film, Altered Carbon: Resleeved, which is based on the characters from Richard K. Morgan's novels. Co-written by Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex writer, Dai Satō, Altered Carbon: Resleeved is set on the planet Latimer, Takeshi Kovacs must protect a tattooist while investigating the death of a Yakuza boss alongside a no-nonsense CTAC. The film premiere on Netflix on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
