With incredible tactile feedback and a refined shape, the DualSense controller makes the PlayStation 5 feel like a next-gen experience.


IGN’s review of the PS5 DualSense will discuss the controller’s new shape and how the new PS5 controller compares to Playstation’s previous generation controller, the PS4 DualShock.

The DualSense controller has longer handles, new auxiliary buttons, and an improved d-pad and face buttons. However, our review will focus heavily on our DualSense hands-on experiences with the new next-gen tech behind the triggers. The precision haptic feedback and adaptive triggers of the PlayStation 5 DualSense are this new PS5 controller’s stand out features. And throughout the review, we’ll discuss how PS5 games like Astro’s Playroom and Spider-Man Miles Morales are taking advantage of the new Sony DualSense features.
