Kitbashing is a style of model making where the model maker builds and creates custom models by combining and altering pieces from different model kits with any other materials they may have lying around.

Max started his custom model of Hagedorn the Beholder, one of the bosses from D&D Dark Alliance, by cutting and bending wire mesh to form the body, then adding foam clay and epoxy to model and shape the body. Through the use of boil and pop, Max was able to use multiple action figures to custom build his Wulfgar the Barbarian, a playable character in Dungeons and Dragons: Dark Alliance.
