Spoilers for Loki! With the season finale to Marvel's Loki finally aired on Disney+, IGN's Joshua Yehl sat down with Loki series director Kate Herron to learn the secrets of the Season 1 finale and hear how Loki, Sylvie and He Who Remains/Kang were set up for Season 2 and beyond in the MCU. Tom Hiddleston's Loki started out as a villain, having just lost at the Battle of New York, but he went on an incredible journey that changed him into someone who wanted to be the savior of all time and space, so Herron explains how they brought about this dramatic change in Loki ahead of the freshly announced Season 2.
