British actress Hayley Mills will always be remembered for her time as a child actor who was signed to a contract with Walt Disney and his studio that would result in a six-movie output and several family-friendly classics, including Pollyanna, The Parent Trap, and That Darn Cat!

Mills recently published a memoir, Forever Young: A Memoir, where she delves into her long career and unique life. And IGN's Scott Collura spoke to her about the book and her work over the years. Watch the full video for the entire Hayley Mills interview!

Raised in a famous British family, with movie star father John Mills and writer mother Mary Hayley Bell guiding the Mills brood, Hayley made her acting debut in the film Tiger Bay in 1959. She won the BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer in that movie, and also caught the eye of Walt Disney who signed her on to a contract at his studio. As a result, she would achieve worldwide fame thanks to films like Pollyanna and The Parent Trap, but also have to learn to deal with the perils of stardom and the balancing act of constantly being in the spotlight while growing up.

As she grew to adulthood and took on more adult roles, as in 1966's The Family Way, both she and the public had to come to grips with the end of the Hayley Mills and Walt Disney era. She continued to act both on stage and in film and TV and eventually was given a Disney Legend award.
