Saints Row is the latest entry in Volition’s long-running sandbox series. Filled with manic action and a ton of options for carnage here are 7 things to know about Saints Row to get you up to speed on what’s new. Sponsored by Plaion.

Saints Row 2022 reboots the open world series, expect a new cast of characters, new locations and new activities as you attempt to establish the Saints criminal organisation. Saints Row features new characters Neenah, Eli and Kevin who support the player controlled and fully customisable Boss. Saints Row takes place in Santo Ileso, the city in the desert of the American Southwest that has a motto of ‘Keep it Strange.’ Use a variety of vehicles and transportation options to get around Santo Ileso, including, cars, bikes, monster trucks, jet skis and wing suits. In order to establish the Saints players will have to take territory over from Los Panteros, Marshall Defense Industries and The Idols. Use criminal ventures to earn cash and expand your empire including the ever popular insurance fraud activity. Explore Santo Ileso with friends in cross-gen and untethered co-op. Use the boss factory to customize the look of The Boss, change their body type, put them in goofy outfits or give them mutant features. Saints Row launches on 23rd August for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Stadia.
