It’s Pride Month, and we celebrated our favorite queer characters, games, and creators at IGN Live. Joining us to honor the incredible impact of queer culture in gaming is the voice of Valkyrie from Apex Legends, and other iconic characters Erika Ishii. Also joining us is CEO of Gay Gaming Professionals Gordon Bellamy.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard had its big reveal, reminding us of the inclusivity of Dragon Age: Inquisition romances. Ishii's favorites included Ellie and Riley from The Last of Us, as well as Max and Chloe from Life is Strange. Bellamy mentioned his love of Sims 2 and the Life board game. Birdo from Mario Kart and more made a special appearance, along with scenes from the Cyberpunk 2077 Judy romance.
