Astro Bot's most difficult level is locked behind finding all 300 Bots and 120 puzzle pieces. Once you've accomplished that completionist feat, you can create a tower of your 300 bots in the Crash Site near the Golden Monument and attempt the Great Master Challenge: a gauntlet of Astro Bot's most difficult enemies and traps.
