In today's Daily Fix:
A streamer who livestreamed several pirated Nintendo games was finally served a lawsuit from Nintendo. Jesse Keighin, aka Every Game Guru, had streamed early release copies of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Mario and Luigi: Brothership, and more, and even told his viewers how to download pirated copies. Nintendo served him with several cease-and-desist letters over the years, with Keighin even sending a letter back, taunting Nintendo by saying he could 'do this all day' by creating burner accounts and streaming from those. He now faces up to $7.5 million in damages. Yikes. In other news, Konami explained why they're remaking Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater—young gamers have no idea what Metal Gear even is. Since Snake Eater is one of the earliest games in the Metal Gear timeline, it makes sense so start from the beginning with this new 'Delta' version. And finally, in non-gaming news, Andor Season 2 finally has a release date. The highly-anticipated second season to Andor will debut on Disney+ April 22, 2025. This comes about three years after Season 1 debuted on the service.
