DJ Tony Okungbowa (Ellen Show) & DJ JoJo Flores come together to give us the ultimate good feeling 2 disc album that will definitely make people get up and dance. Bringing together soul, funk and dance with a modern twist Tony and Jojo deliver us legendary hits from Shalamar, D-train, Suzy Q and The Whispers amongst others. Either to set the mood for a relaxing evening or for a fun get together amongst friends, this album will definitely set the tone to make it a night to remember.

Canada's "Mixed Tape King" Jojoflores and America's favourite sidekick on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Tony Okungbowa, have teamed up to bring listeners a collection of 70's and 80's inspired dance tracks on A Night to Remember. Produced by Francis Cucuzzella of Canada's independent record label Unidisc Music Inc., the two disc set featuring a combined 32 singles, will be released on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 (Unidisc Music).

A Night to Remember marks the first time that Tony Okungbowa and Jojoflores have worked together, however the two initially met in 2010 through a mutual friend. An identical passion and love for music had the two trading creative ideas and music throughout the night and a few months later Jojoflores invited Tony to play at his well-known Gotsoul party in Toronto. Following the party, the duo met with Cucuzzella who suggested using Unidisc Music's catalogue to create what would become the aptly named, A Night to Remember.

"A Night to Remember was an opportunity to deliver a DJ playlist to a wider audience, music that we would listen to ourselves," says Tony Okungbowa. "People always ask me, what kind of music do you listen to? What do you like? And this is it. This is the music I love." Jojoflores continues, "This project was a journey through the past for us musically. When we added in France Joli's "Gonna Get Over You" I was flushed with memories of growing up. It's just such a good feeling, so uplifting. I hope our listeners will enjoy the record in the same way and that it will take them on a journey of their own."

Voted Best International DJ four years running by New York City's Undaground Archives, Jojoflores has achieved much success, becoming CEO of Gotsoul Records, founder of Jamsteady, co-founder of the weekly Peopl. Party and founder of the widely acclaimed Therapy Soirees -- now available in seven cities world wide from Cape Town to San Francisco to Toronto. Additionally, he was voted Marc Ecko Stylus Awards' 2010 House DJ of the Year and KA Magazine's 2010 Best DJ of Canada. Known as the man who has made Ellen DeGeneres dance for nine years running, Tony Okungbowa is in constant demand to play at high profile events including the 2011 ESPY Awards and the 2004 Grammy Awards. Recently, Tony has his sights behind the camera, both producing and starring in the film "Ma George" set to be release in 2013. He also starred in and executive produced, "Restless City," which was an official selection at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival and is expected to hit the big screen later in 2012.
