The Wiwi Jury reviews Russia’s Julia Samoylova and her song "Flame Is Burning". An ongoing dispute between the Russian broadcaster -Channel One -, the Ukrainian government, and the EBU regarding Julia’s entry into Ukraine has come to an end with Channel One announcing their withdrawal from the 2017 contest. We discuss what Russia’s withdrawal means for the Eurovision Song Contest over the coming year.
