Salvador Sobral won the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest one month ago which gave the right of hosting the contest to Portugal. This week, a delegation from Portugal travelled to the EBU's headquarters in Geneva for a meeting with the reference group. The preparations for next years edition of the contest have begun.
