Last week Eurovision 2017 winner Salvador Sobral announced a break from his musical career on health grounds. The Portuguese singer cancelled all his performances to focus entirely on his recovery but before that he gave a farewell concert in Estoril.
Salvador also performed his winning Eurovision Song Amar Pelos Dois, for which he was joined by his sister. This years Eurovision winner was visibly emotional during the performance.
