In the first episode of Music That Made Me, BBC Radio 1's Jack Saunders speaks to Yannis and Jimmy from Foals about the songs that have shaped their lives
The band first rose to fame in 2008 with their debut album Antidotes and soon became known for their theatrical live performances, often so pumped up that Yannis would leap off stage. A decade later and Foals area headline act, have sold 1.7 million albums and been streamed 650 million times.
From rock riffs to tender lyrics, they are a band that can do it all. We meet them in their rehearsal studio to discuss their defining relationships with the music that has formed who they are to date.
