The American Song Contest — a sort of Eurovision for the United States -- will launch in 2021 or 2022. Christer Björkman, Ola Melzig, Anders Lenhoff and Dave Goodman made the announcement in Tel Aviv during the Eurovision Song Contest 2019. They're currently negotiating with TV networks.
