Terry Katzman recorded a now-legendary rent party played by Replacements in 1982 — a show immortalized on the opening of the band's EP "Stink."
Here, in a video from 2015, Katzman returns to the site of the show to share his memories of that fateful night — and to speculate as to who might have been captured on tape cussing at the cops.
