So I happen to be someone who gets frustrated by all of the little tasks that make up a pretty big chunk of my day. (Nataly here, BTW) I've been working on "enjoying the process," which is basically like tricking your brain into finding something "nice" about a situation that is actually not super fun. Like when you're cleaning out the garage and you find a cool photo. Or when you're taking the garbage out and you notice that the weather is really quite lovely. Or when you're doing your taxes and...uh...nope. I got nothin'. That just sucks.
