Chloe x Halle became one of the most exciting new acts in music after signing to Beyoncé’s label Parkwood Entertainment. The sisters caught Beyoncé’s attention with their viral YouTube rendition of “Pretty Hurts,” and went on to appear in the singer’s visual album 'Lemonade.' Since then, the proteges have been successfully establishing their careers with hits like “Drop” and “Fall.”

“The Kids Are Aright” is their latest song that dropped back in January, and it will also appear on their debut album of the same name. Chloe x Halle tell Genius that they wanted to create a song that represents the responsibility and intelligence their generation posseses, while also giving older generations reassurance for the future.
