2 Chainz On His 'Statue of Liberty of Atlanta' Trap House

2 Chainz stopped by Genius HQ in Brooklyn earlier this week for a candid conversation about the state of trap and his new album 'Pretty Girls Like Trap Music.' He broke down what inspired the cover art for his album and why he decided to bring it to life with his wildly popular pink trap house in Atlanta. “I wanted it to still be a bando, I wanted it to look like a trap house,” he said. “But I want it to be pretty and they was looking just like you. So I rolled around, me and Tech rolled around and we took pictures of houses in some neighborhoods of Atlanta. And I was originally going to do some post color correction… I just pitched the whole idea about a pink trap house painting, like art. And it worked out and that’s how we have everything.”
