Oak Park, Sacramento rapper Mozzy was inspired to put his own spin on Future’s “Perky Calling” on his track off Fraternal Twins 2 titled “Perk Callin.” But the rising rapper was originally influenced by late Baltimore rapper Lor Scoota’s freestyle over the Southside production. After playing back Lor Scoota’s version enough times, Mozzy felt a personal connection to the track and put his own spin on things.
