Welcome to Eurovision This Month! This is your update of December 2019.

The Dutch organisation of Eurovision 2020 had a busy month. First, they released the artwork for this years contest. Then it was time for the stage design after which the presenters were announced. Edsilia Rombley, Chantal Janzen and Jan Smit will host the contest in Rotterdam. On the 12th of December, the first wave of tickets went on sale, and sold out completely.

Two countries announced their artist this month. Sandro will represent Cyprus and Vincent Bueno will represent Austria in Rotterdam.

Arilena Ara won the 58th edition of the Albanian national selection. She will travel to Rotterdam with her song Shaj.
