The Los Angeles native singer/songwriter Will Jay reflects on a decade spent pursuing his dreams in his moving original song, "By Now." The lyrics trace his path from dropping out of high school to pursue music through watching the years go by from inside the recording studio while his peers lived out normal lives. Jay's powerful performance is the latest in the Recording Academy's Press Play performance video series.
