Most addictions and abuse happens in the shadows. In the silence, tied up by guilt and shame. Manipulations are one of the most dangerous weapons, twists your mind around to take the full responsibility for someone else's impure actions.

Traumatic events that are never recognized, never resolved keeps us looked inside of that tiny room with the pain, the memories and self hatred.
Slowly sufficating.
It's a human jail cell. Guilt and Shame.

Speak out. Let someone in. Let someone help you, so that you can help you. You are important in this world.
