For the latest episode of GRAMMY Rewind, we return to January 2018, when Kendrick Lamar opened the 60th GRAMMY Awards with a powerful, poignant performance featuring special guests U2 and Dave Chappelle. Kung Fu Kenny served up golden bars for the medley that included "XXX." and "DNA."—from his 2017 masterpiece 'DAMN.'—and "New Freezer" and "King's Dead"—his feature from Rich The Kid and from 'Black Panther The Album,' respectively.

K-Dot took home five GRAMMYs that night for 'DAMN.,' including for all four rap categories. DAMN. The LP earned Best Rap Album and its massive hit single "HUMBLE." won Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song and Best Music Video. The Rihanna collab, "LOYALTY.," saw the powerhouse pair taking home Best Rap/Sung Performance.
