Husky was een groep uit het Gooi.
De band bestond uit:

Carel Swagerman: lead singer
Ton Happe: drums
Henny Happe: sologuitar- vocals
Albert Loth: bassguitar-vocals
Bart Pangemanan: keyboards-vocals

In 1974 nam Carel Swagerman de plaats in van Martin Duiser als zanger. Martin begon een nieuw leven als producer. Hij produceerde o.a. Wally Tax en Champagne. Hij werd ook producer van Husky's singles 'Songs Of Praise' (een nummer van Roy Wood - The Move - ELO) en deze tweede single: 'Give It Up'. (met dank aan de website van Carel Swagerman).
Deze Toppop opname werd voor het eerst uitgezonden op 17 Oktober 1975
Het bereikte de 14e plaats in de Top 40 in oktober 1975
