Late Sunday, Aug. 23, the music world got word that it had lost singer-songwriter Justin Townes Earle, a distinct voice in Americana music and the son of Steve Earle, at the age of 38. We had had the pleasure of welcoming Justin Townes Earle into The Current studio on several occasions. As we remember Justin Townes Earle's life and music, here are three performances from his studio sessions at The Current through the years.
