In "Don't Explain" Cynthia puts a modern twist on the classic song by Billie Holiday, making it fresh and relevant. The use of violin is very expressive, sexy and buoyant, adding an interesting dynamic. Recorded in Bangkok, Cynthia's home away from home; with her band from the infamous Bamboo Bar, while the rest of the album was recorded live from Soundwaves @ Hilton Head, SC.
