Sonic Twist® - Confabulation (ft. Judi Silvano, Bruce Arnold)

Sonic Twist’s video of “Confabulation” is like an abstract Twilight Zone episode. The video is plainly disturbing as it shows how a person who is troubled can wink in and out of realities. The dancer Maria Mitchell reacted to the eerie music of Sonic Twist® (Bruce Arnold, guitar and vocalist Judi Silvano) by limiting her movements, like a frightened child. The use of mirror images and positive/negative visuals enhances the nightmarish quality of her every move. Judi Silvano and Bruce Arnold wink in and out of the video like spirits, and Maria Mitchell seems as if she is torn in two; sometimes she is her own Siamese twin, sometimes she is no more than two hands. Musically the same is true; it functions as the inner voice in conflict.
