Ben Wood & The Bad Ideas decided to put out a single a month for all of 2020. 'Bombing Along' is the band's offering for November.
This video, which is a companion piece to October 2020's 'One Day I'll Say It', takes a Peep Show-inspired 'Ben's Eye View' of a topsy and decidedly turvy world in which the protagonist and those around him are merely 'bombing along' against the odds. Which might not be a bad thing when you consider the alternatives. Or is it? In any case, we are a witness to suspect behaviour with an intense reveal at the end.
Like the track, Bombing Along is a dark yet highly enticing prospect as a video.
Released 30th November 2020.
'Bombing Along'' is available on all digital formats now.
Filmed entirely on location in East London and Essex.
