In the debut episode of the Black Music Collective Podcast, a new podcast series presented by Procter & Gamble, host and two-time GRAMMY nominee MC Lyte holds an in-depth conversation with Debra Lee, one of the most influential women voices in the entertainment industry with a trailblazing career spanning over three decades. Lee served as the chairman and CEO of BET Networks, the leading provider of entertainment for the African-American audience and consumers of Black culture globally for over 13 years and, most recently, launched The Monarchs Collective, a diversity-focused consulting firm.
