Monday night, The Current will air episode 4 of "Good Times: The Evolution of Black Music." This week's episode — the finale — spotlights contemporary R&B and hip hop, and it opens with a song by Common.

Back in November 2019, Common appeared as a musical guest on the program "Live From Here," where he performed songs from "Let Love," his album released in August of that year. Watch three of those performances.
