Pogue is nominated for Album Of The Year for Doja Cat's Planet Her and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical for his work on The Marías' "Cinema," yet the producer/engineer says he's not too far removed from his days working customer service. "[Working in customer service] prepared me for working with different artists, different walks of life, different egos," Pogue says in this episode of Behind The Board. "To me, I'm still in customer service but it's a different level."
