Fearless Leader is an adrenaline pumping motivational song about harnessing the mind and facing fears under pressure, written in context of an underdog football team trying to win a difficult match.

The music video has the captain of the underdog team, Amit as the protagonist who tries, struggles, fails, and finally overcomes his fears and ends up leading his team to winning the match against a much powerful bully team.

Amit lost his left hand at a young age, but he was always interested to play football. Peter from My Angels Academy (MAA) noticed Amit and got him onboarded to his academy, MAA, which provides an opportunity for less privileged children to get trained in football. Amit slowly developed his skills and now is one of the senior admin staff of the NGO. He is a smart and humble guy, and a good leader. Amit helps less privileged children by inducting them to the academy and teaches them football.

The song is the last of 10 songs written by Tanshuman Das for his upcoming progressive metal album Progress Report. Tanshuman was always fond of Football as a sport, and he was addicted to video games like PES and FIFA on the Playstation a couple of decades ago. Inspired by the composite team strategies seen in football, Tanshuman wrote this song around the lines of modern progressive djent guitar riffs, while keeping a groovy bassline to hold the song together.

The song is produced with synths and sound effects from the 80s synthwave and retro wave sounds with a dubstep-inspired breakdown and drop, all embellished with crunchy shuddery distortion guitars to picture the true motion a football player does while in the field. The bass tone is kept gnarly to accentuate the groove, and the layers of synth takes the listener from a suspense feel, to a tense feel and finally a released elation in the chorus, which is inspired by the late Chester Bennington, vocalist of Linkin Park.

The song conveys a motivating and powerful message to the audience in the context of a Football match between underdogs and bullies,where the bullies initially score, but in the end the underdogs triumph using strategy and collective inspiration.
