"Bless You" was recorded at tv-programm 'Showbizzquiz" 12-05-1979. Lee Towers, stage name of Leendert (Leen) Huijzer (born March 23, 1946 in Ridderkerk), is a Dutch singer. He made his breakthrough when he was presented by AVRO TV presenter Willem Duys as the singing crane operator from Rotterdam. With his Gala of the Year concerts, which took place between 1984 and 2000, he set the standard for Las Vegas-style shows in the Netherlands. Towers was a pioneer and also the very first Dutch artist who entered the Dutch market in 1984 with a digital sound carrier, the CD, and connected sponsors to his shows, thus launching a new business model that has become commonplace in the entertainment industry. After the tenth edition of the Gala concerts and no fewer than 50 (!) performances in Ahoy, the Rotterdammer decided to return in 2011, entirely in the tradition of greats such as Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra. his Ahoy with 'One night only'. In addition to 'Mijn Feyenoord', his cover of the classic 'You'll never walk alone' has been the anthem of his favorite football team Feyenoord for years. Lee now has 48 albums to his name. In 2019 he even got his own Towers in his city of Rotterdam.
