"The opening track to Seals & Croft's eighth studio album, 1976's 'Get Closer', is not where most Hip Hop producers would instinctively look in search of a hot sample, but Busta Rhymes producers Shamello and Buddah heard something in the Soft Rock riffs of 'Sweet Green Fields' that many others would not have. A minimal bass line and accompanying drum track make 'Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See' an impossibly catchy Hip Hop cut that went head to head with countless crossover hits at the peak of Hip Hop's so called Jiggy Era, earning it nominations at the Grammys and VMAs in the process. 'Sweet Green Fields' and 'Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See' have collectively gone on to be sampled over 70 times by artists including Coi Leray, Syleena Johnson and Jidenna." - _WhoSampled_
