Tchaikovsky - Symphony No. 5 in E Minor:
0:00:00 I. Andante–Allegro con anima (E minor)
0:16:02 II. Andante cantabile con alcuna licenza (D major)
0:30:45 III. Valse. Allegro moderato (A major)
0:36:56 IV. Finale. Andante maestoso–Allegro vivace
The Symphony No. 5 is perhaps best known for its Fate, or Providence, theme, which is presented, developed, and elaborated across its four movements. It represents the triumph of life over the adversity of fate, of the human spirit learning joy and elevation, as well as acceptance, in the face of the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune

Tchaikovsky.
Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky (1840-1893), perhaps more than any other, defined both the Romantic Period and Russian classical music. In particular, he successfully married native Russian and Western musical values, practices, and norms, finding a way of bridging the two traditions and introducing Russian and more broadly Slavic musical ideas and sounds within the classical canon. Most notably associated with the irresistible power and soaring emotions of his works, he was also eminently capable of subtlety and delicacy, such as in the Canzonetta from his Violin Concerto in D Major and the Andante Sostenuto from his Variations on a Rococo Theme. His oeuvre includes a breadth of compositions to rival any other composer’s: from solo pieces, to symphonies, concertos, standalone and programmatic pieces, operas, and his inimitable ballets. Of particular note are The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Piano Concertos, Symphonies, Violin Concerto, and the 1812 Overture.
