Rock The Boat is a South African country-rock duo built around the chemistry of vocalist Wendy Niehaus and guitarist-singer Stuart (Stewart) Irving. Drawing on decades of stage experience Irving fronted 1980s pop-rock outfit Ballyhoo, while Niehaus led bands such as Crystal December and Gasoline, the pair blend heartfelt storytelling with rich, harmony-driven melodies. Their sound straddles country warmth and rock grit, anchored by Stuart’s expressive guitar work and Wendy’s emotive, soaring vocals.
