Ying Lei, an adviser in Strategy & Business Development at China's Hunan Broadcasting System, has revealed to wiwibloggs that the broadcaster has had talks with the EBU about potentially participating in the Eurovision Song Contest. Talks are ongoing and nothing is yet confirmed, but hopes are high. The EBU has said they want to keep the conversation going.
