The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 takes place at The Armeec Arena in Sofia, Bulgaria on 21st November. A total of 17 countries are participating: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, The Netherlands and Ukraine.
The Delegations and many International Media are in Sofia to enjoy the biggest annual European music event for children. From the official welcoming ceremony onwards, everyone is focussed on not only delivering a good individual performance, but also to promoting the values in this year’s Junior Eurovision logo #discover.
When they aren’t busy rehearsing, the youngsters have had the opportunity to #discover some of the sites and get to know some of the people from the historic City of Sofia – at the crossroads of Europe.
Radio International is on hand to interview some of the young performers. Serbia are represented this year by 11 year-old Lena Stamenkovic.
Enjoy.
