Germany is represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 by Roman Lob who competes with the song "Standing still" (written by Jamie Cullum from the UK. Germany is part of the Big Five at Eurovision and thus is straight qualified for the Grand Final which takes place on 26 May 2012.
This interview was done after the first rehearsal in the Press Center of the Crystal Arena, 19 May 2012.
