Swiss National Final 2012 Interviews

The Swiss National Final for the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest took place in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland with the participation of 14 acts competing for the ticket to Baku, Azerbaijan - the Home of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest. Like last year Switzerland kicked off the National Final Season and the Winners are SINPLUS who will represent Switzerland in Baku come May with the song "Unbreakable".

Also competing in the Swiss National Final was the very first Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest in 1956 - Lys Assia who with 87 years took part with a Ralph Siegel composition called "C'etait ma vie" coming 8th.

Escflashmalta.com and Radio International were present and conducted some interviews - what was possible right after the show on the stage set. See in this clip bits of interviews with the Winners SINPLUS who were of course over the Moon and received many phone calls from their friends and relatives in Ticino (Tessin) in Switzerland while trying to do the interviews with national and international media.

Also see the short interview with Chiara Dubey coming third with "Anima Nuova" and is also from the Italian part of Switzerland (Ticino).

And last but not least we spoke to the "Terry Wogan" of Switzerland - Sven Epiney who very sovereign hosted the Swiss National Final for a second year in a row. Sven will also be the Commentator for Swiss TV in Baku.
