OGAE Luxembourg held their annual Euro Gala on 29 October 2011 in the legendary Grand Theatre of Luxembourg City where the Eurovision Song Contests of 1973 and 1984 were staged. All proceeds from this event went to the Charity Televie.
Invited artists were Marion Welter from Luxembourg representing her country at the 1992 Eurovision Song Contest in Malmoe, Sweden with the song "Sou frai" reaching Number 21. Then there was Anabella from Portugal who sang "A cidade ate ser dia" that reached Number 10 and last but not least Spanish boy band D'Nash who represented Spain at the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "I love you mi vida" which reached Number 20.
The Team of Radio International (www.radiointernational.tk or www.radiointernational.tv) and www.escxtra.com were on location to interview the performers but also video the performances for the many fans that were not able to join the live audience.
