The M-1 Challenge 65 event is scheduled for April 9th and will take place in St. Petersburg. The main event of the evening is Ramazan Emeev vs Maiquel Falcao fight in the 2nd semi-final of M-1 Middleweight Gran-Prix.

Maiquel Falcao, Bellator Gran Prix winner possesses huge experience in MMA. 24 out of 35 his wins were held via KO/TKO. He lost to Alexander Shlemenko in a fight for Bellator middleweight championship in 2013, and also has 1:1 score out of 2 fights with Vyacheslav Vasilevsky. M-1 Gran Prix 2016 provides Maiquel with a chance to avenge most significant of his losses.

Ramazan Emeev, M-1 middleweight champion is simply the best middleweight on this side of the Planet. He is unstoppable knockout artist with a great parter game of Dagestanian "Gorets Fight Club" origin - one of the most prominent Caucasian MMA school. Participating in M-1 Gran Prix is another step for gifted and humble middleweight who respects all his opponents, but knocks them out in a fight.

Also Alexey Kunchenko vs Murad Abdulaev title fight is added to M-1 Challenge 65 fight card.

Alexey Kunchenko (12-0) is an undefeated welterweight from Boets fight club, Orenburg city. He is leading the 4 fights winning streak in M-1 events. Kunchenko won the Fighter of the Year 2015 award by M-1 Global. Hei s a powerful striker and knockout artist.

Murad "Hunter" Abdulaev (13-1) is a current M-1 welterweight champion. The fight will become the 1st title defence for Abdulaev, who had a 10 months lay-off due to the various reasons. Abdulaev is also a powerful striker who prefers to knock his opponents out rather than submitting them.
