Quick dessert! Nothing could be simpler! Your family will love a dessert made without an oven. Very tasty!

On a mold with a diameter of 15 cm:
1 orange
500 ml of drinking yogurt
100 g of cookies
60 g butter
100 g orange jam
30 ml of milk
5 g + 2 g + 2 g gelatin
40 ml of warm water

1. Take the cookies ground into a crumb and mix it with the melted butter.
2. Form the base of the cake in the form.
3. Prepare gelatin for yogurt: take 30 ml of milk and 5 g of gelatin.
4. Add the melted gelatin to the yogurt.
5. Pour 300 ml of yogurt into the mold. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Prepare gelatin for the layer with jam: take 20 ml of warm water and 2 g of gelatin.
7. Add the melted gelatin to 100 g of orange jam.
8. Pour the jam into the frozen form. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
9. We get it. Pour the remaining yogurt into the frozen form. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
10. We cut the orange on the decor of the top layer.
11. Prepare another portion of 100 g of jam with melted gelatin (take 20 ml of warm water and 2 g of gelatin).
12. We take out the form. Pour a third of the jam. Spread the oranges. Pour the remaining jam.
13. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Done.
