Very cool and easy to prepare pie. Everyone will succeed.
Inside the air: not dry and not wet from strawberries. Just right. And it becomes even tastier the next day after the refrigerator.
Ingredients (diameter 20 cm, height 7 cm)
260-300 g flour
160-200 g of sugar
2 eggs
50 g of melted butter
200 g sour cream 20-25% fat content
5 g baking powder
3 g of baking soda
300 g of strawberries in the dough
150 g strawberries for the top
A pinch of vanilla
Zest of one lemon
Pinch of salt
