💧 Tuya Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensor is a solution that can change the approach to water control in barrels, tanks, septic tanks and even industrial tanks. In this video, I will tell and show how it works, how accurately it measures the level, how it connects to the smart home system and what scenarios can be built based on it. If you have a water barrel, septic tank or any other tank at home where it is important to know the liquid level, this sensor can seriously make life easier. It not only shows the water level in the app, but also allows you to set up automation via Tuya or Smart Life. For example, turn on the pump when the level drops below a specified mark. Installation is simple: attach it to the tank lid, configure via Wi-Fi or ZigBee — and you're done. In the video, I will show how everything is connected, how to connect to a Tuya Smart smart home, how to build automations and even test the integration with Home Assistant and ZigBee2MQTT.
Real-life tests: I installed it on a water tank and checked how it reacts to changes in the liquid level, how often the data is updated and how stably it works through the Tuya Smart app.
